Swallowed; Solvent has low order of toxicity however if paint is ingested call a Doctor immediately.
Skin; Frequent or prolonged contact directly onto the skin may have a degreasing effect that might lead to irritation.
Eyes; Irritating, and will injure eye if not removed immediately.
Inhaled; Vapour concentrations above recommended exposure levels may be Irritating to eyes and respiratory tract. May cause headaches and dizziness, Could be anaesthetic and may have other central nervous system effects.

If poisoning occurs, contact a doctor or Poisons Information Centre.
Swallowed; If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting. Give a glass of water.
Skin; If skin contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and wash skin thoroughly.
Eyes; If in eyes, hold eyes open, flood with water for at least 15 minutes and see a doctor.
Inhaled; Remove from exposure. If breathing has stopped, apply artificial respiration, obtain medical attention

STORAGE ADVICE;
Store in a cool, well ventilated place, out of reach of children. Large quantities should be stored in a dangerous goods store. Store out of direct sunlight. Keep away from naked flames or other sources of ignition. No smoking or welding. Prevent vapours from collecting in enclosed spaces. Protect from physical damage. Attend to leaking cans immediately; avoid secondary accidents.
SPILLS AND DISPOSALS;
Disposal of small spillages only. For large spillages, liquids should be contained using sand or earth, and both liquids and solids then transferred to salvage containers. Residues should be treated as for small spillages.
SMALL SPILLAGES.
CAUTION;
Before dealing with spillage take necessary protective measures, inform others to keep at a safe distance and, for flammable materials, shut off all possible sources of ignition. Leaking cans should be carried to a safe, open area for atmospheric evaporation. Residues should be wiped up or absorbed on inert absorbent, and disposed of with ordinary garbage. Ventilate area to dispel any residual vapours.
